We believe a healthy life includes physical education. Outdoor and Indoor Sports activities are an integral part of the co-curricular programme. To support this philosophy, every SRCS student is required to participate in a physical activity class.

Outdoor and Indoor Sports activities, apart from aiding the development of motor skills, physical stamina, flexibility, balance and strength, help nurture team spirit and overall camaraderie- attributes that are generally valued later in life.

With Physical Education, we aim to promote lifetime health and fitness while providing students with the opportunity to develop positive self image and social skills as well as the opportunity to participate in group activities that are structured according to their ability.
