“Life skills are abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable humans to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life.”
WHOBeyond the classroom.
Life skills education is incorporated in the school curriculum at SRCS with the aim of developing educational support services and empowering youngsters to engage in and cope successfully with life and its challenges. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 recommended incorporating life skills as a part of the curriculum, taking into account the view that education must go beyond academic outcomes to focus on the holistic development of our future generations.
